Work Principle:
The raw material from the hopper and feeder free fall through the metal separator, no metal impurities, the raw material will pass through the induction zone of the metal separator directly to the storage box. If the detector detects that there is metal in the raw material, the shunt valve will act to shunt out the metal and a small part of the raw material, and then the shunt plate will quickly return to its normal position. The speed of the shunt plate can be adjusted, and the induction precision can be adjusted according to the production needs. Even the metal particles as small as 0.2mm can be detected and separated.
